Project Description: Design bookmarks and stickers that encourage students to learn more about the innovative resources and services offered at the Libraries.
Design Goals: Adhere to TMU Libraries brand guidelines, feature the graphic device, and prioritize simplicity.
At early project meetings, conversations kept returning to the idea that libraries are “more than just books.” We kept trying to come up with a tagline that reflected this, but nothing seemed to fit. I started testing out different design ideas using “more than just books” as a placeholder and fell in love with its boldness and simplicity. I decided to present it to the team and the response was unanimously enthusiastic! And so the More Than Just Books campaign was born. First thought, best thought (sometimes, at least).
